Why it works

Our goal has always been to inform, to challenge, but to not overwhelm.  Placing the dots down allows the players to visually understand the components of each move they learn while walking through the move.

The dots provide players with immediate reinforcement of whether they are executing a technique correctly or not.  This reinforcement allows them to teach themselves.

The FOOTWORKIQ system builds in progression and all connects all the movements.  As players advance through the system they realize how all of the movements are connected and they start to realize all of the options they have.  This is when their confidence increases significantly.
